The whole content of this Website (architecture, texts, titles, photography, sounds, images, illustrations, etc.) is the property of PRO EUROPE, or its assignors and/or licensors.  It can in no event be, in whole or in part, licensed, posted, transmitted, or distributed.

You may download, view, copy, and print documents from this Website subject to the following: (a) the documents may be used solely for personal, informational, non-commercial purposes; and (b) the documents may not be modified or altered in any way. You may not use, download, upload, copy, print, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, post, transmit, or distribute any information from this Website in whole or in part without the express written authorisation of PRO EUROPE.

Pursuant to the law dated June 30th 1994, known as “LDA”, any representation, reproduction, modification, alteration, in whole or in part, of the Website, or of its content, through any kind of process or media, and on any kind of material, which has not been expressly authorised by PRO EUROPE in writing shall be illicit and constitute a legal infringement sanctioned as provided for under article 80 and the following articles of the above-mentioned law.

You hereby acknowledge that you shall have no power or authority to assume or create any obligation or responsibility on behalf of PRO EUROPE. These Terms may only be modified, and a party may only waive its rights under these Terms, by a written document executed by both parties. Any failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver thereof or of any other provision hereof.

Notices to PRO EUROPE shall be sufficient only if in writing and transmitted to PRO EUROPE at the address specified hereof via registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt.

This Website and these Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium without regard to conflicts of law provisions.

Sole and exclusive jurisdiction for any action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be an appropriate court in Brussels.

Any use of the Website must be made in compliance with Belgian Law and will be deemed to have taken place on the Belgian territory.

PRO EUROPE reserves the right to bring any legal action against every person acting in a manner considered as illegal or illicit or as infringing these Terms before the appropriate court of Brussels.

If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of these Terms, or any portion thereof, to be unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to not affect the intent of these Terms, and the remainder of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

You shall defend or settle at your sole expense any claim or suit, including without limitation any proceeding, investigation or claim by any third party such as an individual, a company, or a self-regulatory organization, (collectively, an "Action") against PRO EUROPE and/or each of its affiliates, directors, officers, agents, employees, or licensees (collectively, the "Indemnitee") to the fullest extent permitted by law arising out of or in connection with: (1) any breach by you of your obligations under these Terms, and/or (2) your use of this Website, including the information and content provided therein. You shall indemnify and hold harmless the Indemnitee from and against any and all damages, costs, liabilities, and attorneys' fees incurred in defending and/or resolving such Action, including by entering into an amicable settlement.
