Packaging waste collection and recovery will be financed throughout the payments made by fillers and importers. The licence fees will be calculated according to the weight and type of the packaging placed on Lithuanian market. In return for the fee collected, Zaliasis taskas will grant the permission to mark packaging with the "Green Dot" mark.
