CBCRA: CBCRA participants contribute a $0.02 CRF (Container Recycling Fee) per unit sold in Manitoba to fund beverage container collection activities. The CRF funds beverage-related obligations in MMSM as well as the creation of an extensive away-from-home recycling program.
