ENVI-PAK, a.s. is a joint stock company (non-for-profit) established to provide for the oberservation of packaging waste collection duty according to §8, Section 2 of SR National Council Act No. 529/2002 of Code on Packaging. The company was established on 10, April 2003 and is entered into Business Register of District Court Bratislava I in Section Sa, Insert No. 3128/B. ENVI-Pak a.s. was granted a PRO-EUROPE licence for the use of the "Green Dot"
